Security Our secure server employs the strongest encryption allowable by law. We have designed this site to modern security standards to maintain the security of all information that you provide to us. We never store credit card information on this site. Your credit card information is passed directly to our payment gateway through a secure (SSL) connection. Shipping WE OFFER FLAT RATE SHIPPING OF 5.95 ON ALL ORDERS! (*see below for a few exclusions) At this time we are only shipping to customers in the United States. Orders will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours of recieving them (M-F). Many orders (we try our best) will be shipped out same day if recieved before 1p.m (M-F). Most orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail which has a delivery time of between 2 and 4 days (includes Saturdays, excludes Sundays and holidays). We may ship high weight packages via UPS ground which has an average delivery time of 1 to 5 business days depending on destination (excludes weekends & holidays). *To ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or Guam we reserve the right to charge actual shipping costs if the costs are too high. In this event, we would contact you via email and get a confirmation of approval for the added shipping charges before proceeding with the order. This is above and beyond our expedited option if chosen. *We reserve the right to charge actual shipping charges for orders over 15 pounds, in which case we would first contact you by email or phone. For any customers ordering large quantities of goods for event resale, we will always charge actual shipping rates. *We also offer expedited shipping in the form of USPS Express Mail which has a delivery time of 1-2 days depending on destination zip for an additional cost of $25.00 to your flat rate $5.95. Total cost of expedited is $30.95 (again, this amount could be modified if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or Guam in which case you would be contacted via email). Returns All purchases have a 15-day money back guarantee (except for Coffee and Tea which are only returnable if damaged or opened when you recieve them). At Unity we want you to shop with us for all of your Fair Trade needs so, if for any reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. You may also exchange your item or items for different ones, colors, or sizes etc. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply depending on weight of items being shipped. If you are returning an order paid for by credit card, we will issue a refund to the credit card account used for the original purchase (upon receipt of the returned product). If you paid by check, we will issue a check back to you at your shipping address. To ship a product to us, carefully pack it in the original box or padded envelope, or use another box or envelope in good condition. Make a copy of your receipt and place it in the box.
